Bidding and submission details: Bidders must submit bids through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS V2.0). Bids must be accompanied by a scanned copy of bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Call Deposit from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi. The offered bid must be uploaded on E-PADS V2.0. Original bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents with necessary supporting documents must be submitted in the tender box placed in the chamber of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi.
Deadline and opening: Submission deadline is 11:00 AM on or before 2026-10-15. Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be entertained. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.
