Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) for the works listed below. Contractors must be registered with PEC and hold a valid PEC license mentioning the required specifications/code. Bid submission, bid security (5%), and procurement documentation are to be completed electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual/physical bids and physical bid security will not be accepted. Tender documents, conditions and details are available on the e-Procurement portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in Rawalpindi on the date and time shown.
