Banking Court‑11, Larkana issues an auction notice under Execution Application No. 39 of 2025 in the matter of ZTBL vs. Ghulam Shabbir. Presiding Judge: Mr. Nadeem Badr Qazi. By order of the Nazir: Syed Javed Abbas Shama.
The property will be sold by public auction "as is where is". Interested bidders must deposit an earnest amount of Rs. 200,000. Buyers must immediately deposit 25% of the purchase price (cash, cheque or pay order accepted) at the time of auction; the balance must be deposited within the period fixed by the Court. The 25% deposit will be forfeited in case of default. Sale is subject to Court approval and other conditions listed by the Nazir/Court.
