Anti-Terrorism Court Larkana Proclamation in Special Case No. 23 of 2026

The Court of the Anti-Terrorism Judge, Larkana, has issued a proclamation in Special Case No. 23 of 2026, State versus Muhram Ali alias Fida Mugheri and others, requiring the accused named below to appear before the court at the Old Sessions Court, Larkana, within seven days after publication of this notice.

All four accused belong to the Mugheri caste and reside in village Gulo Khan Mugheri, Taluka Qamber, District Qamber-Shahdadkot.

The proceedings relate to Crime No. 146 of 2026 at Police Station Qamber, P.P. Pakho, under Sections 302, 337-H2, 148 and 149 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Sections 6/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. The accused have been shown as absconders in the challan submitted by the SHO/SIO of Police Station Qamber, P.P. Pakho, District Qamber-Shahdadkot.

Non-bailable arrest warrants issued by the court have been returned unexecuted, with the police reporting that the accused have absconded or concealed themselves to avoid arrest. The proclamation is issued under Section 87 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, read with Section 19(10) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. If the accused fail to appear within the required seven-day period, the case will proceed against them in their absence.
