The meeting will consider and transact the following business, including adoption of audited accounts, appointment of auditors and approval/ratification of related‑party transactions for the year ended 30 June 2026 and authorization for related‑party transactions for the year ending 30 June 2027.

E‑voting and postal ballot: Electronic voting facility will be provided by Corplink (Private) Limited. E‑voting will be available from 2026-10-25 at 09:00 AM and will close on 2026-10-27 at 05:00 PM. Duly completed postal ballot/ballot paper must reach the Chairman of Crescent Fibres Limited at the registered office on or before 2026-10-27 (17:00) to be counted.
