Sitara Energy Limited — Notice of Annual General Meeting (28 Oct 2026)

Issuer: Sitara Energy Limited. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Business Centre, 6th Floor, Mumtaz Hasan Road, Karachi, and via video link.

Share transfer books will remain closed from October 22, 2026 to October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Share Registrar's office by close of business on October 21, 2026 will be treated in time for the purpose of attendance and voting at the AGM.

Participation by Video Link: Members entitled to attend and vote may participate via video link. Registration and verification requirements (including uploading CNIC or passport) must be completed as instructed; registered members will receive a password-protected video link by email. Proxy forms must reach the Company's Share Registrar at least 48 hours before the meeting.

CDC Account Holders and corporate members must follow the guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Shareholders holding physical certificates are requested to convert them into Book-Entry form through their broker, PAX member, CDC participant or the Share Registrar.

Submission of CNIC: Individual shareholders are again reminded to submit a copy of their valid CNIC to the Company’s Share Registrar if not already provided earlier.
