Shareholders who wish to attend through the video conference facility are requested to provide their name, folio number or CDC participant I.D. and CDC account number, a copy of their CNIC or passport, together with email address and mobile number to the Company at A/33, Central Commercial Area, Block 7/8, KCHSU, Karachi.
A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy. Proxy forms must be received at the registered office of the Company not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
