Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore — Auction Notice F.Y. 2026-27 (28 Oct 2026)

Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH), Lahore invites e-Bids for auctions in F.Y. 2026-27. e-Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required.

The notice also states there will be 1% bid security of the estimated cost of articles/items. e-Bids shall be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are immediately available after publication and may be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids submitted by the stipulated date and time will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Late submission of bid security in person will result in rejection. The procuring agency is not responsible for technical errors or internet failure; PIMH will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting bids. If the opening day is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the opening day with the same time and venue. Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
