Important deadlines and participation details
- Share transfer books will remain closed from 2026-10-23 to 2026-10-30 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of the Share Registrar/Transfer Agent before close of business on 2026-10-22 will be treated as in time for the purpose of determining entitlement to attend and vote at the AGM.
- Members may participate and vote through CDC e-voting facilities and attend in person. A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy; instruments of proxy must reach the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the Meeting.
- Members should ensure their CNIC/NTN/CDC details are updated with the Company or their participant/Share Registrar. Documentary proof for representatives and proxy forms with specimen signatures may be required.
