Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad issues Tender Notice No. F2-5/2026-(III) for procurement of goods and services planned for FY 2026-27 (extendable). Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit e-bids on EPADS v2.0.

Key instructions: Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used. Least-Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique applies to tenders 1–4; prequalification applies to tender 5 in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and related guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) payable in the name of Executive Director FGPC.
Submission method and schedule: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Registration and e-bid submission deadline: 2026-10-24 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
