Procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope will be used. Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) / Technical evaluation technique will apply for serials 1 to 4; prequalification under an open framework for serial 5 in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0. Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 and upload required documents, undertakings on judicial papers and Pay Order/CDR as specified. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director FGPC.
Deadlines: Bidders are required to register on ePADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-24 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-10-24 at 10:30 AM. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on ePADS v2.0.
The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.
