Tender: Repair/Maintenance of Pumping Machinery & Sewer Works — Municipal Committee Kot Chutta

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee Kot Chutta. Invited single-stage, one-envelope tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered/renewed firms/contractors in the relevant category for repair, maintenance and disposal works.

Scope: Repair/maintenance of the pumping machinery/transformer etc. for disposal works; replacement of RCC sewer (15" dia), raising of manholes, providing/fixing of manhole covers with CS frame; distempering, and related works to be executed under framework contract as per work order.

How to apply / bid:

• Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E‑Procurement System and in accordance with PPRA rules. The e‑Tender notice and bidding documents are available on the Punjab E‑Procurement portal and the PPRA website.
• Bids are to be submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement system. The prospective bidders must submit earnest money in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank equal to 5% of the estimated cost; original CDR must be produced to the Chief Officer on or before the bid closing time, otherwise the online bid will not be entertained.
• Price schedule and bid security must be on the letterhead of the contractor. Bidders shall also submit the financial instrument in hard copy in addition to uploading a soft copy on the Punjab E‑Procurement system where required.
• Bid opening will be carried out on the Punjab E‑Procurement system as per the schedule published on the portal.
