FESCO Invitation for E‑Bids — Conversion of 132kV Single‑Circuit to Double‑Circuit Towers (Tenders No. 48 & 49)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids (E-PADS V2.0) from PEC-registered contractors (registration renewed for 2026-27 and active PRA) for works to convert 132kV single-circuit (S/C) towers to double-circuit (D/C) towers. Bids will be received and opened on 2026-11-19.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration renewed for 2026-27 with the required category and specialization (EE-05).

- Contractors must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature within the last ten years; consolidated value of those contracts must exceed 40% of the estimated BOQ cost.

- Bidder must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and submit income tax returns for the last three years; registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority is required.

- Average annual turnover for the last three years must be at least half of the BOQ amount for the work (audited/certified).

- Bids to be submitted online through E-PADS V2.0. Original bid security (call deposit) and required documents must be submitted to the Office of the Project Director (GSC) FESCO Faisalabad one day before opening; bid validity: 150 days.

- Bids will be opened at the office of the Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
