Nets International Communication Ltd. — Postal Ballot for AGM (Vote by 2026-10-27)

Issuer: Nets International Communication Limited. 4th Annual General Meeting to be held on 2026-10-28 at 10:00 AM at Tree Luxury Hotel & Suites, 32-C, Block C3, Gulberg III, Lahore and through video conferencing.

Shareholders are requested to cast their votes by postal ballot on the listed resolutions. Completed ballot papers must reach the Chairman by 5:00 PM on 2026-10-27 at the Company’s registered office or may be sent by email with subject "Postal Ballot".

How to submit: Send duly filled ballot to the Chairman at Office No. 3, Level 8, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346‑B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, or email [email protected] with subject "Postal Ballot". Ballots received after 5:00 PM on 2026-10-27 will not be considered.

Required enclosures: Copy of CNIC/NICOP/Passport (valid), certified true copy of Board resolution/power of attorney for corporate representatives, and specimen signatures where applicable.

Notes: Mark vote by ticking the appropriate box (FOR or AGAINST). If both boxes are ticked the ballot will be treated as rejected. In accordance with the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations, 2018, M/s Abdul Malik & Co. (Chartered Accountants) has been appointed as scrutinizer.
