FESCO Invitation for E‑Bids (E‑PADS) — Tender Nos. 40 & 41 (Closing 2026-11-06)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e‑bids (e‑PADS V2.0) from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the Year 2026‑27, with up‑to‑date registration on PRA National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single‑envelope e‑bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules‑2004 (amended).

Key eligibility & submission requirements

- Contractors must be registered with PEC and renewed for 2026‑27 and registered on PRA e‑PADS; bids to be uploaded via e‑PADS V2.0.

- Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years.

- Average annual turnover requirement: at least half of the amount shown against the work during the last three years, certified from audited financial statements.

- Bidders must demonstrate availability of cash or Cash Equivalents equal to 10% of contract value and provide bank statements for the last year as required.

- Original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted to the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad, before opening of e‑bids; bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.

- Bids will be opened at the office of the Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad. FESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules; rejection of tenders may be made without providing justification as per Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules‑2004 (amended).
