Municipal Committee Hafizabad Tender: Construction of Family Park (Estimated PKR 41.864M) — E-Procurement

Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites e-bids from eligible, well-reputed and financially sound firms/contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement system for the following project for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Eligibility and requirements: Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement system and with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, Professional Tax where applicable). Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above and submit a fresh affidavit that they are not blacklisted by PPRA or under litigation. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017 where applicable.

Submission and procedure: Single-stage two-envelope e-bidding will be adopted; only technically responsive bids will have their financial bids opened. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The Procuring Agency may accept or reject all bids as per PPRA Rules.

Financial conditions: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. Successful bidder will provide performance guarantee as per PPRA rules; a portion of the project cost will be retained as security (schedule rates apply; typically 5% to 10% as stated in rules). Bid validity: 120 days. Tendered rates must be quoted in figures and words; conditional, incomplete, non-responsive or non-stamped bids will be rejected.
