CDA Public Notice: Project Name Change to "Saima Twin Towers Islamabad" by M/s CurveStone Builders

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. Sponsor: M/s CurveStone Builders (Pvt.) Ltd., Islamabad.

Purpose: Notification of a proposed change of project/scheme name from "Capital Icon Mall & Residency" to the proposed new name "Saima Twin Towers Islamabad" under Clause 31 of S.R.O. 886(1)/2023 (Regulations for Planning and Development of Private Housing/Farm Housing, Apartments/Commercial Schemes/Projects in Zones 2, 4 & 5 of Islamabad Capital Territory, 2023). The sponsor has submitted an irrevocable affidavit-cum-undertaking-cum-indemnity bond accepting responsibility for all allotments, assets, liabilities, dues and obligations of the scheme under the new name.

Key undertakings by the Sponsor/Management: to honour all previous allotments, possessions and ownership rights; to safeguard and protect the interests and claims of allottees/stakeholders; to settle any disputes, liabilities or claims arising now or in the future at its own cost and risk; and to remain solely liable for all liabilities and outstanding amounts payable to CDA or any other party in respect of the scheme.

Objections: Any person, company, department or organization having objection or claim regarding the proposed name change may submit their written objection, along with a copy of CNIC and original or duly attested supporting documents, to the DG (Spatial Planning)/Director Housing Societies, Planning Wing, Capital Development Authority (CDA) through Registered Post within 15 days from the date of publication of this public notice. No objection received after the expiry of the stipulated period or without requisite supporting documents shall be entertained.
