Head – Project Management & Transformation (PPCBL) — Lahore

The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (PPCBL) invites applications for the position of Head – Project Management & Transformation based at the Bank's Head Office in Lahore. The role requires senior project and portfolio management experience to lead transformation initiatives across the bank.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead centralized oversight of critical projects and transformation initiatives; establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies and controls; drive end-to-end tracking of timelines, budgets, risks and outcomes; ensure prioritization and optimal resource allocation across competing projects; develop insight-driven dashboards and reports for senior management; provide transparent visibility on project health, risks and mitigation plans; drive accountability and performance culture across project teams; ensure benefits realization and alignment with business cases; resolve cross-functional dependencies and execution bottlenecks; identify and develop new project and transformation initiatives; engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution support; ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks; build and mentor high-performing project delivery/transformation teams; and drive adoption of best practices, tools and a results-oriented execution culture.
