FESCO Invitation for E‑Bids — Two 132kV Line Foundations Packages (Faisalabad)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids (E-PADS V2.0) from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2026-27 for the following two works on National Competitive Bidding (single stage — single envelope procedure):

Key eligibility & submission instructions

- PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 with the required category and specialization code as listed must be provided.

- Provide identity document of Contractor / Managing Partner / Director of the firm.

- Experience: Bidder must have completed at least two contracts of similar nature as main contractor within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA / NTDC / DISCOs; consolidated value of those contracts must be more than 40% of the estimated/BOQ cost.

- Tax & financial requirements: Bidder shall be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years. Registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority is required. Average annual turnover should be at least half of the estimated amount shown against the work for the last three years certified by audited financial statements.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 2% of the BOQ amount in favour of Project Director (GSC), FESCO Faisalabad.

- Bids shall be submitted online through the e-procurement / E-PADS system. Original required documents and bid security instructions are detailed in the tender documents; bids shall remain valid for 150 days.

- Tenders will be received and opened on the dates/times stated above in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
