GIKI Tender for Supply of Cooking Sauces, Spices, Salt and Edible Oil — Bid by 2026-07-31

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the supply of cooking sauces, recipe mixes, plain spices, salt and edible cooking oil (brands such as Shan, National, Dalda, Meezan, Sufi, Eva, Golden Sun, or other reputable brands). Bidding documents and specifications can be downloaded from www.giki.edu.pk or collected from GIK Admin Block Room #F-09.

Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) and earnest money Rs. 50,000 on total bid cost are required. Sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope) must be delivered by 14:00 on 2026-07-31; proposals will be opened at 14:30 the same day.
