National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a senior, dedicated professional to lead Talent Acquisition within its Human Resource Management division in Karachi. The role reports to the Group Chief, Human Resource Management and will design and implement talent acquisition strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, liaison with business units and external channels, and build talent pipelines for specialised and leadership positions.
