Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for the post of Head of Internal Audit. Appointment will be on contract initially for three years, extendable by mutual consent, with a market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience. No TA/DA will be paid for interview. PNSC is an equal opportunity employer.

| Minimum Qualification | Fellow members of: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan; ACCA or CPA |
| Experience | Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in auditing and risk management, designing internal control procedures and ensuring financial reliability in public or private sector; understanding of governance, risk and controls, especially in SOEs or listed companies. |
| Preferred | Experience in shipping industry, SOE, or listed company; prior role as Chief/Internal Audit Head; experience in ERP environments to ensure effective internal controls and risk management. |
| Regulatory/Eligibility | Candidate must fulfil the "Fit and Proper Criteria" under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act; appointments will follow the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, the State Owned Enterprises (Ownership and Management) Policy 2023, the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Ordinance, 1979 (as amended), PNSC Service Regulations 2025 and CMU Guidelines for C-level appointments. |
