CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Development of Capital House, Sector F-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids for the Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad as an EPC contract. Bidding documents will be available to registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk from 2026-07-20.

Bids must be submitted online via http://eprocure.gov.pk under the Two-Stages Two-Envelopes procedure. Submission deadline is 2026-08-31 (submission time 11:00 AM; technical bid opening 11:30 AM). A refundable bid security of Rs. 33.00 Million (pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) is required—upload a scanned copy to EPADS and deliver the original before technical bid opening.
