Punjab Highways Department Tender — Widening & Rehabilitation Road Works in Sialkot (TS Nos. 4747/4748)

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders via the Punjab e-Procurement System for widening and rehabilitation road works in District Sialkot. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category, valid PEC license for FY 2026-27) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal may participate.

Key submission rules: bid security equal to 5% of the estimated DNIT cost must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division, Sialkot. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount must be furnished by the lowest/evaluated bidder within 15 days of issuance of the written letter. All bids/documents must be uploaded digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual/banking instruments will not be accepted. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. Rates quoted as a percentage above or below the DNIT/Estimated cost will be considered non-responsive.

Tender opening will be held on 21.10.2026 at 1:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee; authorized representatives may attend.
