How to apply and eligibility: Interested contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with credentials. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and who satisfy special conditions. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on the approved list of MES in relevant categories should furnish performance certificates and details of works executed during the last two years and works in hand.
Submission and opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted to the accepting office by 1330 hours on 2026-10-30. Tenders will be opened on 2026-10-30 at 1400 hours. Contractors may attend the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with Para 33(ii) of PPRA Rules.
