Buildings Division, Rajanpur invites e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors/firms (relevant category/codes valid for Financial Year 2026-27) through the Punjab e-Procurement System for scheduled maintenance and repair works of official residences. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Key conditions: bid security (earnest money) of 5% to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; performance guarantee of 10% to be submitted by the successful bidder within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance; contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. All other terms and eligibility requirements are as per PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement rules.
