Final Notice: DHA Bahawalpur Calls M/s MYCO Engineers to Nominate Representative for Joint Steering Group (JSG)

Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur (DHA Bahawalpur) notifies that the Contract Agreement with M/s MYCO Engineers Construction dated 2022-11-01 has been terminated due to material breaches, including failure to pay outstanding contractual amounts and remedy violations. A termination notice was issued to M/s MYCO on 2026-06-24.

M/s MYCO Engineers Construction is given a final opportunity to nominate an authorized representative to participate in the Joint Steering Group (JSG) to observe and assess the physical and financial progress of the project and to complete other related assignments. The developer is required to contact DHA Bahawalpur and nominate its representative within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

If M/s MYCO fails to nominate a representative within the stated timeframe, DHA Bahawalpur will proceed with a unilateral/ex-parte physical and financial assessment of the project/site without participation or representation of M/s MYCO. This action is issued without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to DHA Bahawalpur under the Contract Agreement and applicable law.
