Final Notice: M/s MYCO Engineers — Nominate Representative for Joint Steering Group (DHA Bahawalpur)

Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur (DHAB) issues a final opportunity to M/s MYCO Engineers Construction to nominate an authorised representative for participation in the Joint Steering Group (JSG) to observe and assess physical and financial progress of the project. The Contract Agreement dated 2022-11-01 between DHAB and M/s MYCO Engineers Construction was terminated following material breaches and non-compliance; a termination notice was issued on 2023-06-24.

M/s MYCO Engineers Construction is required to contact DHAB and nominate its authorised representative within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If the developer fails to do so, DHAB will proceed with a unilateral (ex parte) physical and financial assessment and other actions without further notice. This notice is issued without prejudice to DHAB's other legal rights and remedies under the Contract Agreement and applicable law.
