Military Estates Officer, Gujranwala Circle notifies that Plot No. 479, Survey No. 2/479 measuring 600 sq. yds in DOHS Cantt is held on lease under Schedule IX-A of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Sahibzada Jawad Hassan S/o Sahibzada Imtiaz Ali. The lessee intends to gift the leasehold rights (only % share) of the plot in favour of his wife, Mrs. Shanila Jawad, by Declaration of Oral Gift and Acceptance of Oral Gift each dated 07-04-2026.

Anyone having objection to the proposed mutation may approach the undersigned with documentary evidence within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; otherwise the (only % share) will be mutated in favour of Mrs. Shanila Jawad and no objection will be entertained thereafter.
