Askari Bank Limited has instituted Suit No. 123 of 2026 under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance XLVI of 2001 against Madiha Owais W/o Owais Ahmed. The defendant is summoned to obtain leave from Banking Court No. II, Karachi within thirty days of service to appear and defend the suit; in default the plaintiff may proceed to recover Rs. 147,096.32.
