MES (GE Air AHQ Peshawar) Notice of Tender — Provision of Facilities at PAF

Military Engineer Services (Office of GE (Air) AHQ Peshawar) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works described as "Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF." Firms must apply for issuance of tender documents by submitting complete credentials as required. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and after scrutiny of credentials.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Contractors must submit applications and complete credentials for issuance of tender documents (see serial 9 of notice). Tenders will be issued only to firms meeting experience and other conditions.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with the government and have no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of registration. Preference to contractors on the approved MES list in Category 'E' with relevant experience.

- Contractors or their representatives may be present at the time of tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.

- Submission deadline: tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 2026-10-22. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date.
