Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit. This is a contract C-level appointment responsible for internal audit, risk management and internal control design for the National Flag Carrier.

| Other requirements | Must fulfil 'Fit and Proper Criteria' under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act; appointment in accordance with SOE governance and policy frameworks and PNSC Service Regulations 2025 |
| Preferences | Experience in shipping industry, SOEs or listed companies as Chief Internal Auditor/Head of Internal Audit; experience with ERP environments |
