| Age Limit | Up to 50 years |
| Fit & Proper | Candidate must fulfil "Fit and Proper Criteria" under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act |
| Preferred Experience | Experience in shipping industry, an SOE or a listed company as Chief Internal Audit; ERP environment experience to ensure effective internal controls and risk management |
