Tender: Supply of Wireless Communication System for Ring Road Police — Punjab Ring Roads Authority

Punjab Ring Roads Authority (PRRA) invites sealed bids on a Whole Package basis from reputable firms, registered with relevant tax authorities, for the procurement and supply of a Wireless Communication System for Ring Road Police under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Bid documents can be downloaded from the Punjab Ring Roads Authority website (prra.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Punjab Ring Roads Authority. Instructions to bidders and bidding documents are available on the e-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

All bids must reach the office of the Deputy Director (A&C) no later than 2026-10-27 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. PRRA will not be responsible for delays caused by post/courier services. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
