Tender: Construction of Storage Dam at Parkahor (Amir Muhammad) — Irrigation Division Dera Bugti

Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Dera Bugti invites electronic bids for the execution of the following work under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders.

Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration is required and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (C-4 and above as applicable). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, financial capacity, and completion of similar works as required by the procurement documents.

Bid security shall be furnished as prescribed (deposit/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit). A performance guarantee will be required as per the contract. The Procuring Agency will follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents and submission instructions are available electronically through the designated e-procurement system; bidders must submit bids electronically by the stated deadline.
