Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to provide individual consultancy services for the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP) funded by the World Bank.

| Social Specialist | Master's degree (minimum sixteen years of education) in social sciences, international development, economics, development studies, sociology, social work or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution. | Minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience with at least 5 years in social management/development, including stakeholder mapping, mobilization, engagement, monitoring, reporting, policy and advocacy work; demonstrated computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online communication applications); proven ability to work collaboratively and undertake field assignments; written and oral fluency in English required; proficiency in Urdu will be accorded due weightage. |
How to apply: Interested individual consultants must submit (a) a letter of Expression of Interest describing ability, skills and experience to undertake the assignment and deliver inputs/outputs required under the TOR, and (b) a detailed, dated and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and relevant experience with references. EOIs and CVs must be delivered (in person, by email or by surface mail) by 1500 hours on 2026-10-27.
Selection & documents: Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method under the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" (July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020).
