Any person, bank or organization having any objection to the purchase by way of claim, inheritance, mortgage, dispute, gift, lien, charge, maintenance, easement or otherwise must inform the undersigned in writing with proof within 15 days of publication of this notice. Claims received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
