PMDFC invites applications for Design & Supervision Specialist positions to support water supply, sewerage and drainage infrastructure projects. Two (02) posts based in Lahore.

| Design & Supervision Specialist | 02 (Lahore-based) | Lahore | Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related) from an HEC-recognized institution | Minimum 15 years professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects; specific minimum 10 years demonstrated expertise in design, planning and implementation of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment systems; preparation and review of feasibility studies, detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs and cost estimates; application of innovative technologies in water/wastewater; planning and management of public-sector infrastructure projects; coordination with government departments, consultants and contractors; preparation/review of PC-Is, technical reports and donor-funded project documentation; construction supervision, quality assurance/quality control, contract administration, measurement and certification of works. |
