GCU Lahore Tender: Atomic Force Microscope & Photoluminescence (PL) Spectroscopy System (e-Bids)

Government College University Lahore invites e-bids from firms/companies/general order suppliers/manufacturers for procurement of scientific equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure). Tender No: DP/CASP/002/26-27.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-11-10 at 11:00 a.m.; Bid opening: 2026-11-10 at 11:30 a.m. Complete electronic bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost, deposited/transferred on Punjab e-Procurement System and the payment receipt attached with the bid. No physical financial instruments (e.g., CDR/Bank Guarantee) will be accepted. Prospective bidders must quote net rates and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amendments) and related regulations. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
