MES Tender: Emergency Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases — DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala (Bid by 2026-07-31)

The Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala) invites sealed tenders (Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-\sdg/90/E-6 dated 10 Jul 2026) under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) for emergency works for the provision of certain facilities at PAF bases. Three projects are listed with estimated values of Rs. 20.351M, Rs. 35.274M and Rs. 16.033M.

Firms must submit applications with credentials (per serial 9) to obtain tender documents; documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors with relevant experience. Mandatory requirements include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), MES approved list categories 'A' or 'B', and a certificate of no litigation or outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation report.
