Corrigendum: e-Bids for Development of Ship Restaurant & Picnic Points at LBC, Lahore

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-BIDs from well-reputed and financially sound firms, nurseries and contractors registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax) for the development of Ship Restaurant and Picnic Points at LBC, Lahore (horticulture work). Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). E-bids will be received until 7th October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The procuring agency may increase/decrease quantities by up to 15% and reserves the right to cancel the tender prior to acceptance of any bid without assigning justification as per PPRA Rules.

Performance guarantee: The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee/security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of CDR in favor of Managing Director, Horticulture Agency, Lahore. If a bid is quoted more than 5% below the estimated amount, the security may be withheld; security will be released after successful completion of work.
