How to apply: Eligible bidders (firms/companies/sole agents/engaged in trading and registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax laws) must participate through the Punjab e-procurement portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/#/auth/login). Bidding will be single-stage two-envelope as specified by PPRA Rules, 2014.
Documents & requirements: Bid security of 5% of the estimated price; original bid security, signed Stamp Paper and samples (if required) must be submitted at bid closing. All mandatory documents along with technical bid must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Other conditions: Bid validity 90 days. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Earnest money of the successful bidder shall be retained as security deposit until satisfactory execution of the order. Further information is available from the college office during working hours.
