Eligibility: Bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers) registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). E-bids must be submitted separately for each Lot; contracts will be awarded separately for each Lot under single-stage two-envelope procedure.
Submission method: Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.
Bid security: All e-bids must be accompanied by 5% bid security of the estimated price for each Lot, provided online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
