Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), on behalf of the Directorate General Petroleum Concessions (DGPC), Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids from reputable consulting firms or consortia for an institutional review and capacity-building assignment focused on upstream petroleum regulation, organizational design and digital transformation.
