Board of Investment (Islamabad) e-Procurement Tender — Supply of Office, Computer, Stationery & Miscellaneous Items

The Board of Investment (Special Investment Facilitation Council Division), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites electronic bids via the e-PAiDS portal for supply/provision of office, computer, stationery and miscellaneous items.

Important submission and eligibility details

- Bids must be submitted online through the e-PAiDS portal by 2026-10-22 at 10:00 hrs; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs.

- Only registered firms/suppliers listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with valid GST/NTN and vendor number, based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, are eligible to apply.

- GST and applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules; bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected.

- Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and will remain valid for twelve (12) months; late bids will not be entertained.

- E-PAiDS bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Further bid submission procedures, documents and terms are available through the e-PAiDS portal.
