The Communication & Works (C&W) Highway Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mardan invites electronic bids through the E-PAD system under the Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules.
Bidders must submit bid security in the shape of CDR (bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)) electronically along with E‑PAD submissions. Bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and be active taxpayers. Technical bids will be opened on the specified date and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation/approval.
