Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 2nd Buildings Division, Lahore. Tendering is via the Punjab e-Procurement System under Notification No. SON-I-0/C&WH/1-49/2023/3652 dated 2024-05-26. Tenders will be received on item-rate basis using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (Technical & Financial envelopes).
Eligibility & bid requirements: Contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE-10 must produce original PEC license and renewal. Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) where applicable. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via 1-Link / Online Bank Transfer through the PSID generated on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
