University of the Punjab (Quaid‑e‑Azam Campus, Lahore) invites bids from interested manufacturers, authorized/sole distributors or contractors registered with GST, PST & NTN for supply, testing, installation and commissioning of energy‑efficient BLDC ceiling fans on an annual framework contract basis. Bids will be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System and must follow the bidding instructions and e‑procurement regulations.

Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of the Punjab per e‑Procurement guidelines; physical financial instruments (CDR, bank guarantee, etc.) will not be accepted. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and the PPRA website (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
Key notes: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted via the e‑Procurement System by the stated closing time. Bids will be opened through the Punjab e‑Procurement System at 11:00 a.m. on the opening date; bidders should allow submission before 10:30 a.m. on that day. If the opening date is a public holiday, opening will occur on the next working day.
