Position	Chief Medical Officer (contract)
Qualifications	MBBS from an HEC-recognized institute. MCPS in Family Medicine or equivalent, FCPS or higher qualification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is a plus.
Experience	Minimum three (03) years' experience in healthcare administration in a corporate set-up, company or hospital as of the closing date of applications.
Key Responsibilities	Provide medical oversight including visiting PRCL head office, scrutinizing medical files, bills of panel hospitals, and verifying medical reimbursement claims of PRCL employees and their family members. Attend patients for consultations as envisaged in PRCL HR Manual; issue reference letters and other required advice as per PRCL Manual. Coordinate medical examinations for newly recruited employees and refer patients to panel hospitals/approved specialists when necessary. Conduct random visits to employees and their families at panel hospitals to liaise with hospital authorities regarding patient treatment. Provide technical assistance to the Administration Department of PRCL and assist in implementing medical rules and policies. Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or authorized officer.
Terms & Conditions	Initial appointment for two years; extendable by mutual agreement and subject to competent authority approval. Remuneration: fixed monthly consultancy fee to be mutually decided in interview and commensurate with verifiable experience. Selected candidate will report to the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) or an authorized officer; role may require domestic or international travel subject to CEO approval. Age limit: maximum 50 years on the closing date of applications. Original academic/professional documents will be required at the time of interview; applicants from public sector must provide NOC at interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. PRCL reserves the right to stop the hiring process at any stage; only shortlisted candidates will be called.
