| Key Responsibilities |
Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities. Ensure equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams. Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs. |
